The IMPACTALKS are a prime setting to discuss innovation in its various angles: from the technological, business, social and cultural perspectives.
Organised by the Centre for Business Innovation, they will explore topics such as the power of innovation in the digital age, innovation and sustainability, digital transformation shifts and impacts, artificial intelligence, or the so much-needed innovation mindset.
For this second session, we have invited Jens Schadendorf, author of the book: "GaYme Changer : How the LGBT+ community and their allies are changing the global economy".
The LGBT+ community has undergone a remarkable transformation within a relatively brief timeframe. Once marginalized, stigmatized, and even criminalized, they have now emerged as champions of creativity, diversity, and innovation in an increasingly competitive global landscape.
Jens Schadendorf has followed the LGBT+ community and its allies worldwide, and discovered the beginning of a revolution. It becomes clear, even in hostile times of resistance and crisis, that it is economically and ethically beneficial for companies and organisations worldwide to allow LGBT+ members – both individually and as part of organizations – to develop new forms of cooperation for game-changing results.
