Women in Business Scholarship

Purpose

The Women in Business Scholarship is designed to support exceptional women who want to advance their careers and who demonstrate a clear commitment to leadership and innovation in their respective fields.

Eligibility

To be eligible for this scholarship, female candidates must:

- Be under 30;
- Exhibit leadership potential and academic excellence with a focus on breaking gender barriers in business. While academic achievement is important, this scholarship does not mandate a GMAT score of 700, instead assessing leadership qualities and potential impact.

Selection Criteria

The selection process will be conducted by a panel of experts appointed by Porto Business School. The panel will assess each candidate's academic and/or professional achievements, leadership potential, personal and professional development goals, and motivation letter. The decision of the panel will be final and not subject to appeal.

Motivation Letter

Candidates must submit a motivation letter (maximum 500 words) outlining why they should be considered for the Dean's Scholarship, highlighting their academic and/or professional achievements, leadership potential, and personal and professional development goals.

The motivation letter will be part of the scholarship form that the candidate must submit during the application process.
