Students who pass all the subjects will be awarded a Postgraduate Diploma in Leadership, People and Talent Development from the Porto Business School, U.Porto.

In accordance with the Regulations of the University of Porto, the Postgraduate program in Leadership, People and Talent Development gives those who complete it 45 ECTS* credits in the area of Business Sciences.
