On September 26 at 2:00 pm, Porto Business School is hosting the Tourism Talent Xchange. This session is an initiative of the Tourism Futures Center, part of the Innovation X Hub.
With tourism in Portugal reaching record highs and an increasing number of foreign workers in the industry, effective talent management is crucial to ensuring the success and sustainability of the sector.
To tackle this challenge, the Tourism Futures Center, led by Rita Marques, has launched the Migrant Talent Observatory in Tourism. This initiative aims to identify the challenges, opportunities, and best practices in the integration and development of immigrant talent.
During the session, Rita Marques will present the results of the Observatory's first study. The event will bring together experts, associations, and industry leaders to discuss strategies for attracting and retaining skilled professionals.
