Challenge gender stereotypes! On October 8th, at 2:00 PM, Porto Business School, in partnership with the Canadian Embassy, will host the Impactalk "Masculinities, Equality, and Human Rights", an initiative of the Innovation X Hub.
This session will discuss how to create more inclusive and sustainable workplaces in line with ESG principles. Workplaces free from discrimination and that actively promote gender equality are key to business success. Often invisible, toxic masculinities continue to perpetuate inequalities that undermine innovation and team well-being.
The event will feature Humberto Carolo, CEO of White Ribbon Canada, who will highlight the impact of the world’s largest movement of men standing against gender-based violence and discrimination. The session will also include a roundtable discussion on the role of men in promoting gender equality and fostering healthy masculinities in corporate settings.
