Porto Business School's Executive MBA once again ranks among the top 40 in Europe and the top 100 in the world, according to the QS Executive MBA Ranking 2023. This year, the ranking evaluates the best executive education programmes among 199 Executive MBA programmes worldwide, including 71 European programmes.
Porto Business School's Executive MBA has risen nine positions globally and one position in Europe compared to last year, occupying the 88th and 38th positions, respectively. Additionally, the overall score of the Executive MBA has increased by 2.2 points.
Among the five indicators evaluated, Porto Business School’s Executive MBA achieved the highest score in the "Executive Profile" category, with a score of 79.4 compared to the global average of 59.2. It ranks among the top 30 in the world, at 27th place, and 12th place in Europe. This achievement is linked to the scores obtained in the sub-indicators of "Managerial Experience" (100 points) and "Average Work Experience" (77.3 points).
The "Career Outcomes" indicator, which assesses career opportunities, also stood out, with a score of 59.6, surpassing the global average of 58.1. This was achieved through sub-indicators such as "Graduates Promoted" (56.3 points) and "Mean Salary Increase" (63 points), representing a growth of 19% and 5%, respectively, compared to last year. The "Diversity" criterion registered the highest growth among the School's sub-indicators, with a score increase of over 20% in the "Number of Distinct Nationalities." Furthermore, there was an improvement of four points compared to the previous period in the indicators of "Employer Reputation" (45.4 points) and "Thought Leadership" (46.1 points).
It is worth to highlight this is the seventh consecutive year that Porto Business School's Executive MBA is featured in the rankings by the British consulting firm Quacquarelli Symonds (QS), strengthening the School's position as one of the best in the world in terms of excellence, quality of education, and career opportunities provided to students.

The QS Executive MBA Ranking 2023 evaluated programmes based on information gathered from educational institutions and employers, including the reputation of executive recruiters worldwide. The profile of students attending the programmes, their post-programme salaries, and programme diversity are also taken into consideration.
