Porto Business School has achieved the 44th position in the Open category and the 47th position in Custom, standing out nationally in several indicators.
Porto Business School is once again among the top 50 executive education schools worldwide, according to the 2024 Executive Education ranking published by the Financial Times, which evaluates 90 institutions. This year, the University of Porto’s business school achieved the 44th position in the Open category and the 47th in Custom, a feat that reflects continuous dedication to excellence and the quality of education offered.
In the Open category, Porto Business School established itself as the best Portuguese business school in the ranking across several key indicators, namely “teaching methods and materials” (39th), “quality of faculty” (40th), “female participation percentage” (47th), “partner schools” (8th), and “overall satisfaction” with an outstanding score of 9.26 out of 10.
It should be noted that in the participant survey, compared to 2023, Porto Business School showed growth in the “quality of participants” and also in terms of “new skills and learning”, rising 4 and 3 positions respectively. In the school survey, compared to the same period, the school grew exponentially in terms of the “international location” criterion, climbing 47 positions.
In the Custom category, Porto Business School achieved the best ranking among all national business schools in the “growth” indicator (66th), and the “overall satisfaction” index also increased compared to the previous year.
In the Custom category, the participant survey, compared to 2023, indicates that PBS improved its positions in terms of “objectives achieved” (53rd), “new skills and learning” (51st), “teaching methods and materials” (42nd), and “program design and preparation” (39th). In the school survey, compared to the previous year, Porto Business School improved its positions in almost all criteria. It should also be noted that Porto Business School was the Portuguese school that most significantly improved its positions related to “programs abroad.”
Thus, Porto Business School continues to stand out in several important indicators among national schools, demonstrating the ability to offer excellent education and maintain a high level of satisfaction among participants.
