Porto Business School announces the launch of the BioCapital Investors Summit 2023, with its 1st edition taking place on the upcoming November 18th.
The event is intended for companies, experts, startups, entrepreneurs, Venture Capital (VC) & Corporate Venture Capital (CVC) funds, institutional investors, and other players from different sectors, who will meet to discuss how sustainability and avant-garde thinking are at the heart of everything the future world will reveal to us.
World-renowned speakers and experts will be present
The BioCapital Investors Summit is born within the framework of the debut edition of the Corporate Start-up Programme, a pioneering program in Portugal promoted by Porto Business School that is supporting companies and startups to work together to foster innovation.
The pioneering initiative will bring globally recognized speakers from the entire business ecosystem to Porto in a completely in-person format.
Maryam Telmesani, Rodrigo de Alvarenga, Ana Domingues, Mila Kyriacou, Shirvine Zhang, João Barros, Kaija K. Janson, and Kai Martin are some of the names already confirmed. In various panels and lectures, where interaction with participants will be a key point, the "hot" topics of companies and sustainability will be addressed. From the centrality of clean energy and the circular economy today to different investments in climate technology or how startup projects can raise financing, there are various topics under discussion.

With the support and co-financing of the BIOPOLIS North 2020 Project, the event will be completely free and will open the doors of Porto Business School for a unique day of debates and networking.
