Applications are now open for the 2nd edition of the Executive Leadership in Public Administration Course (LEAP>AP). They end on May 17th.
LEAP: Executive Leadership in Public Administration is a specialization program aimed at training Public Administration employees in leadership issues. Promoted by the National Institute of Public Administration, I. P., (INA), within the scope of the LEAP>AP Consortium, it brings together two reference Higher Education Institutions, Porto Business School and Nova School of Business & Economics (Nova SBE).
Holders of management positions in the Public Administration - Senior Management (1st and 2nd degree), Middle Management (1st and 2nd degree) - and Senior Technicians can apply, in this order of seriation. This training, which will take place from September 16, 2024 to February 28, 2025, aims to contribute to the future of Public Administration leadership.
The program adopts active learning methods, reconciling analysis and discussion of case studies and practical exercises, whether individual or group. Throughout the program, masterclasses will also be held with international experts.
Active participation in the activities organized in the different modules is a fundamental part of the learning process. In the face of typified challenges, solutions are envisaged based on shared knowledge, good practices and leadership and management trends.
This programme is supported by the Recovery and Resilience Plan (RRP).
