The AI Business School AP - Executive Training Program in Artificial Intelligence (AI) - stands as a benchmark in equipping the Portuguese Public Administration. Spearheaded by INA, within the Digital Impulse Consortium for Administration, this course is offered by six leading educational institutions:

This program aims to equip Public Administration (PA) leaders with the necessary skills to develop strategies that harness the potential of Artificial Intelligence in their projects, teams, and organizations.
With this pioneering training initiative, participants will deepen essential competencies in key areas, including the crafting of AI strategies to create institutional value and optimize public service; fostering a culture of AI readiness; identifying guiding principles, and the practical application of AI under principles that promote social welfare.
The primary target audience for the program is senior and middle managers of the Public Administration. However, it is also open to higher technicians and IT specialists who seek to enhance their AI competencies.
The course will be delivered in an online format: Mondays and Tuesdays from 9:30 am to 1:00 pm, and Wednesdays from 9:30 am to 12:30 pm.
