Nowadays it’s becoming harder and harder for tech companies to hire tech profiles. This means that there are not enough people in the market and, at the same time, the needs identified by tech companies are becoming more specific.
Considering this, we envisioned a model that allows 3 key things to happen:
1. An event that can raise awareness and visibility for the sponsor company;
2. Opportunity of reaching a target that is important for the company;
3. Opportunity of evaluating the skills of the participants during the event - understanding if they have the right fit for the available job opportunities.
