Ana Salomé Martins
Ana Salomé Martins is a member of the Executive Board of Symington Family Estates. Main responsibility is to ensure that Symington is a paradigm of excellence in the areas of People Management, Sustainability, Innovation and Culture.
Previously, she played a significant role on the Executive Board of NORS, both in a guest capacity and as Group Head of People and Communication. At the same time, she was instrumental in implementing the innovation strategy and modernizing the Group's brand architecture. Her diverse experience includes leading the Legal and Tax Department at NORS and, before that, her participation in KPMG and E&Y, as a consultant, at the beginning of her career.
Ana completed her law degree at the Catholic University of Portugal, where she also obtained an MBA. More recently, he completed the Advanced Management Program at the Kellog School of Management in Chicago.
She exhibits a fervent interest in leadership issues, focusing primarily on the impact of top management on the collective performance of organizations, having developed a deep expertise in the theory of organizational transformation. Recently, she has dedicated her efforts to reflection on transformational leadership, innovation and sustainability.
She is a Mentor and Coach certified by the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC).
