Norberto Amaral
Norberto Amaral is the author of the book 'Impacto – Como Comunicar em Público (Penguin Random House, 2019), where he brings together his extensive experience in public speaking and presentations. He leads and organises TEDxPorto, the largest TEDx event in Portugal and one of the largest in the world, which brings to Porto stage some of the best ideas in the city and around the world. He was organiser and speaker at more than 160 TEDx, Ignite, speech competitions, creative sessions, strategic workshops, among many others. He has been Toastmaster since 2011, and has served as president and vice president of education for a club, area director and division director. He has recently achieved the Distinguished Toastmaster degree, the highest in the organisation. Norberto Amaral is Managing Partner at Cultiv, a communication, creativity and innovation consulting company, event organisation and workspace design.
