With a University diploma and masters in Civil Engineering and a postgraduation in Project Management and have a Advanced Program in BuildTech (IE – Exponencial Learning).
He began his professional path as project manager. He was responsible for the organization of a department of project management in A400 – Projetistas e Consultores de Engenharia and in 2009 assumed the position of Director of Operations of Imorendimento – Sociedade Gestora de Fundos de Investimento Imobiliário where later, in 2016, also assumed the position of Executive Directior of APARC – Gestão de Parques de Estacionamento.
Currently he is the Managing Director of Macair – Project Management and Retube – Soluções Tecnológicas. He is a consultant and manager of real estate projects, asset management, civil engeneering and public construction.
He was a member of CT 192 of IPQ, coordenated by APFM, for the implementation of the EN15221 – Facility Management.
