Scientist for over a decade in London, having managed data mining, image analytics and robotics projects in biotech. I was then awarded an excellence fellowship to do an MBA at an FT-ranked Top75-EU Business School (PBS, PT), including an exchange at UT Austin (USA) covering Strategy and Innovation Modules.
After completing the MBA, I spent 2014-15 with a top tier Management Consulting firm managing a large corporate strategy project for SONAE (major retail conglomerate in PT ~6B€) that led to the creation of a new BU which has since experienced fast growth, opening dozens of new retail outlets and recruiting hundreds of new associates.
Went on to currently lead SONAE MC's (food retail ~4B€) Strategic Insight & Foresight team, supporting CFO and Executive Committee on mid-long term strategic planning. Experienced managing projects on digital transformation, new business models, sustainability, tech investments, change management, etc.
