Pedro Hipólito
Pedro has a degree in Organisational Psychology from ISPA and an Executive Masters in Management from INDEG/ISCTE. He began his professional career in 2004, working in areas such as Talent Acquisition, Assessment & Development Centres and Training. After 7 years at Ray Human Capital, in 2014 he joined the Jason Associates team, where he was responsible for Talent Management projects in different sectors. In 2016, he joined Jerónimo Martins in the areas of Corporate Recruitment and Global Talent Programmes.
Serene and thoughtful, he values content over form, actions over words and results over process. He sympathises with the Law of Parsimony and Darwin's Theory of Evolution, likes things simple and believes that in his area of specialisation (Executive Search & Assessment) it's the small details that make the difference. He loves sport, especially football, which she played at federated level for 9 years, where he learnt in practice that the whole really is greater than the sum of its parts.
Pedro has been a Partner at ARGO since 2017, responsible for the Business Development and Innovation areas and for Talent Acquisition Project Management for different talent segments.
