I act in line with my values, being ''honesty, intensity and freedom of choice''. I am purpose-driven with a strong focus on steering change for the better. I flourish when working with others and aim to let others shine to the degree their talents and motivation drives them.
My professional background has been in the fields of HR, Learning, Change and Business Development.
Key strength is balancing between "being creative" on one hand, and "getting practical results" on the other hand. Over the years I have specialized myself in designing and running interventions in the fields of leadership, change, culture and private - and public sector improvements/turnarounds.
