Teresa Carvalho
Teresa Carvalho's professional career has been developed in the areas of food innovation and community nutrition, and she is currently coordinator of the Knowledge Division at PortugalFoods. She previously worked as a technical advisor and nutritionist at the Portuguese Nutrition Association (APN). She has a degree in Nutrition Sciences and a master's degree in Biotechnology and Innovation from the School of Biotechnology of the Portuguese Catholic University (ESB-UCP). She also has a postgraduate degree in Paediatric Nutrition from the same institution.
