Jorge Barros Mendes
Jorge Barros Mendes. He completed his Master's in Law in 2007 and his Law Degree in 2002 at the Portuguese Catholic University. He has been a lawyer at Delgado e Associados since 2008, where he works in the area of data protection and compliance. He has also been an Adjunct Professor at the Polytechnic Institute of Leiria since 2018, as well as Course Coordinator.
He has also served as Data Protection Officer in the Automotive Sector and in the Health Sector.
He has been President of the Porto Regional Council of the Portuguese Bar Association since 2023.
He has spent the last few years researching the subject of data protection, taking part in numerous national and international conferences on the subject.
