João Virott Costa
Graduated in Mechanical Engineering from Instituto Superior Técnico and a finalist in the Master's program in Coaching and Behavioural Change at Henley Business School, with postgraduate studies in Neuroscience and Psychology, Management, and Finance. Currently, he is a Senior Executive Coach and Leadership Consultant at Bright Talents and Transearch International. As the founder and former CEO of Bright Partners, he led dozens of transformation projects in sectors such as industry, energy, and finance. His international experience spans over 35 years and includes leadership and global management roles in consulting, information technology, telecommunications, venture capital, food industry, and logistics.
With accreditations in coaching and certifications in Change Management (PROSCI) and PMP (PMI), he teaches Change Management, Strategy, and Governance at various institutions.
