Ibéria Medeiros
Ibéria Medeiros is an Associate Professor at the Department of Computer Science, Faculty of Sciences of the University of Lisboa. She is an integrated researcher of LASIGE. She has been involved in international and national research projects related to cybersecurity, including the SEGRID, DiSIEM, ADMORPH, SEAL and XIVT.
Her main research focuses on software security, cybersecurity, and machine learning applied to security. She investigates techniques and models, resorting machine learning, to improve the code of applications, detecting and removing vulnerabilities they contain, and the quality of cyber threat intelligence (from OSINT) and the detection of incidents and intrusion. She is author of tools for software security and systems for cybersecurity, and of several publications.
