Background in Chemical/Process Engineering & Science (Melbourne University, Australia) & Wine Making (Charles Sturt University, Wagga Wagga, Australia).

2004-2006- Design & Project Engineering, including commissioning projects
2006-2011- Technical Manager Europe & Americas
2011-present- Sales Manager- Europe & Africa
(Flavourtech are manufactures of a number of different specialised technologies, including Spinning Cone Column, which is a technique used globally for wine dealcoholisation)
7.5years in UK (Reading & London)
8.5years in Germany (Hamburg)
Now enjoying being back in Australia (Broulee, NSW)
Over the years have enjoyed working on many different projects around the globe (USA, South America, Europe, Australia, & New Zealand) in the wine and beer dealcoholisation industry, as well as some projects for spirit dealcoholisation. Also many projects on aroma recovery from fruits/vegetables, coffee bean & tea leaf and other botanicals, deodourisation and concentration in the dairy industry, and concentration of active components in extracts in the pharmaceutical industry. I’ve been fortunate to be able to participate in all stages of these projects from sales, design, through to installation and commissioning.
