Mario has a robust track record in bridging the gap between strategy and execution, both in greenfield and turnaround business contexts. He has several successful stories of developing capabilities and organizational design
for effective change in areas such as revenue management (optimization of pricing, promotions, assortment structure, and trade terms), commercial management (sales force effectiveness, incentives, channel structure),
branding (brand positioning, product development, sustainability), and advanced business analytics, as well as go-tomarket strategies in both physical and digital channels. With a career mostly developed in the Consumer space, namely Retail and FMCG, Mario has an acute consumer oriented mindset and an advanced toolkit to generate profitable growth.
His experience is largely international, having lived, worked and studied in a wide variety of countries.
