With more than 20 years' experience in the digital industry, I have acquired knowledge in several areas, including: software development, consulting and process re-engineering, product management, project management, program management, change management and business development.
I am an enthusiast and practitioner of Lean and Agile concepts.
I have collaborated with organizations in various business areas, such as: retail, supply chain, health, education, finance, insurance, telecommunications, energy, the automotive sector and public services, in Portugal, Spain, Italy, the Netherlands, the UK, France, Germany, the USA, Chile, Peru, Kenya, Mozambique, Kuwait and Saudi Arabia.
I have a degree in Computer Engineering from the Instituto Superior de Engenharia do Porto and certifications in Project Management (PMP®), Product Ownership (CSPO®) and OutSystems Solution Implementation (Delivery Specialist).
