Catarina Bento
As a Power BI Developer at Kantar, I am responsible for tasks that include data modelling in SQL and the development of Power BI reporting solutions. The main goal is to support and drive the decision-making process of the company’s main stakeholders.
Graduated in Mechanical Engineering from the Faculty of Engineering of the University of Porto, I started my career in the industrial area, also having had portfolio management functions. The knowledge I acquired during this period allowed me to quickly transition to a Data Analyst role within the industrial sector. Simultaneously, I did trainings in Data Science and Business Analytics, having then worked as a Data Analyst for Supply Chain. Currently, I work mostly with financial data.
I do consider that having the possibility to work across various sectors and industries makes each experience unique and enriches me a professional.
