Frederico Falcão
Invited Lecturer at Porto Business School.
Frederico holds an MBA from INSEAD, complemented by an International Certificate in Executive Coaching from IMD and an Executive Master's in Non-Profit Organizations from Université Claude Bernard Lyon 1. His academic pursuits also include a Master's in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Engineering from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro, anda Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from UniversidadeSão Judas Tadeu.
Currently, he is a Business Coach at INSEAD, focusing on executive courses, and a Visiting Lecturer at Porto Business School,where he teaches in the Executive MBA and Digital MBA programs.
As a FP&A Manager, first, he coordinates the organizational planning process -strategy, budget, forecast, financial modeling.
Second, Frederico supports management and performance with monthly financial analysis, reports, KPIs, presentations and budget control.
Third, he leads or collaborates in the development & execution of strategic projects, such as organizational restructuring, M&Asdeals and implementing/optimizing B.I./ERP systems.
Finally, Frederico is focused on being a better change agent and mentor/coach to his team and peers.
