José Vale Matos
José Vale Matos is an organizational resilience, business continuity and crisis management consultant for more than ten years, acting also as national nominated expert to ISO regarding those matters. Additionally, he is a certified executive coach and Made2Coach Consulting, Lda, Managing Partner. Previously, he was an active-duty Portuguese Navy officer assigned to command-at-sea, national representation abroad, international team leadership, material logistics, and human resources management roles. He has an MBA in Technology Management and a bachelor’s degree in Naval Military Science, with a specialization in electrotechnics and technical training in naval missile systems.
