Sofia Carvalho is UX and Digital Lead at With Company, believes in the power of technology in building a more accessible, diverse and sustainable future.
Over 9 years she has worked with different products and services: from traditional digital experiences to making technology accessible for blind people, to designing smart appliances for Samsung or boosting education systems and public services.
Working in and with different geographies and cultures — Portugal, Sweden, Silicon Valley, Macau and Korea — she developed the right balance between intuitive and rational approaches to problem solving.
On the educational side, she shares her knowledge through the creation and facilitation of workshops, as a speaker at events and conferences, guides the next generation of UX Designers and works as a strategic consultant with startups.
