Executive Director of InvestAmarante, investment promotion agency of the Municipality of Amarante, responsible for attracting dozens of national and international investments, and for creating the technological cluster "Amarante Tech Hub". Manager of the European Urbact project "iPlace-Finding Niches for Sustainable Economic Development" and co-manager of the European projects "Beepathnet" and "City Center Doctor". University professor of Entrepreneurship and Social Innovation at ESEP and at the Polytechnic of Porto. Mentor and trainer of dozens of entrepreneurs and social innovators, having collaborated with the IES Social Business School. He carried out volunteer humanitarian missions in Mozambique and created projects in the areas of combating malnutrition, school dropout and sustainable economic development.
