Francisco Neves
Before becoming a co-founder of Stravillia, Francisco managed BSD Consulting for 10 years, where he was responsible for the technical and commercial coordination of all the work done in Portugal. His sustainability consulting work includes stakeholder engagement, sustainability communication and GRI training, as well as performance assessment, strategy development, sustainable supply chain management and social audits.
He has experience in different professional contexts, from consulting to local administration, waste management and communication. In these different areas, he coordinated the first edition of the Accountability Rating Portugal, developed and coordinated several EU-funded projects, as well as educational projects in the area of energy and municipal solid waste. Francisco has a degree in Environmental Engineering, a post-graduate degree in Marketing – Integrated Communication, and training in Social Responsibility and Integrated Reporting (IIRC). He is a GRI trainer, SA8000 auditor, Certified Sustainability Assurance Practitioner and member of the Advisory Board of the BCSD.
