Master in Development and International Cooperation by the School of Economics and Management (ISEG | University of Lisbon) and degree in Economics (specialization in Development Economics) by the same university.
Several years of professional experience in managing projects, providing consultancy services and leading evaluations, mainly in the International Development, Social and Community Development, and Education and Youth sectors.
1. Monitoring and Evaluation of Programs and Projects
Experienced in managing procedures from different donors, including international agencies (e.g. European Comission, Council of Europe, UNICEF, UNHCR, IFAD, EEA Grants, Portuguese Development Agency and CPLP - Portuguese Speaking Countries Community) and in using participatory approaches such as group dynamics, focus groups, semi-structured interviews, workshops and construction of Logical Models, as well as impact evaluation methodologies like Theory of Change or Contribution Analysis.
2. Strategic Planning and Project Development
Professional experience in all phases of project cycle management (PCM), including project identification, development and implementation of the Logical Framework, monitoring and evaluation. Experienced in developing strategic and operational plans for NGOs.
