Vasco Sousa
Vasco Sousa is an impact entrepreneur, passionate about catalyzing people's high dreams. Vasco studied International Relations at the University of Coimbra, but he never worked in the area. An entrepreneur by chance, Vasco is now the Chairman of Villas & Hotmec, a company focus on developing technical solutions for professional kitchens (50 employees and 5M € in annual turnover). Innovation missionary since 2004 started with a Master's degree in Innovation and Knowledge Management at the University of Aveiro, co-founded the first national magazine on innovation and in 2015 cofounded Aliados Consulting, an innovation consulting firm focus on the Future of Organisations. Ever since, he has been working on the complex challenges of the future work (productivity, reskilling and impact leadership) and sustainability, with a special focus on food systems.
