Manuel Bento. 44 years old, has 20 years’ experience in information technology. Currently he is the CEO of Euronext technologies, part of Euronext group.
The company was created in 2016 In Portugal, and Manuel lead the implementation of the team that currently has 150 collaborators, providing critical technology functions to the group.
Manuel is as well a board member of Euronext Lisbon. Manuel has global functions in Euronext group, such has Chief Information security officer and Chief Data Officer. Currently is responsible for the M&A technology integration.
In the past Manuel was the group Information Technology Director of a financial institution in Portugal, leading a teams on 350 collaborators, and a major technology transformations project for IT modernization. In this company leaded as well the introduction of a mobile payments
platform, currently with + 2M subscribers.
Previous to this role, he leaded several Digital transformation projects in different companies, in the telecommunications and services industry.
