Researcher, scientific coordinator of the Enterprise Systems Engineering Center ( EESC) at INESC TEC . Director of the Doctoral Program in Transport Systems [ FEUP / MIT Portugal ] . National and European projects in Decision Support Systems, Supply Chain Management, collaborative networks and transport systems. He was president of APDIO (Portuguese Association for Operational Research) from 2005 to 2009. Lecturer guest at Porto Business School and coordinator of postgraduate studies in Operations Management.
