Margarida Pedrosa is the founder of MBA Consultores 1981, a human resources consulting company. Over the past thirty years, she has acquired extensive experience as a Human Resources Strategy Specialist, designing and coordinating Transformational Programmes in People Management, Leadership Training in the Organisation, Talent Management Programmes, Internal Communication and Organisational Development. Margarida Pedrosa created NABIA® Sailing for Integral Leadership, an innovative and effective training approach. This programme challenges participants in several dimensions: intellectual, emotional, sensory and inspirational, through the practice of sailing, to become better leaders. Certified Master Coach by The Behavioral Coaching Institute London UK (a course accredited by ICC), works in Executive and Corporate Coaching with senior managers of high performance companies in several countries since 1996. Porto Business School teacher since 1990, in MBA Programmes. In 2005, Margarida Pedrosa proposed the discipline of Personal Development for the Executive MBA, a pioneering attitude, having created the “WishesBook”. She was nominated as one of the three finalists for the MBA Innovation Award 2013, promoted by the MBAS Association in London, which recognises new practices and experiential learning in the delivery and model of accredited MBA programmes, for the discipline of Team Management, in the Magellan MBA. Founder of Clube WIB - Women in Business at PBS. She launched the Maximizing Your Leadership Performance Course at PBS in 2016.
