Charalampos Mainemelis
Dr. Mainemelis is Professor of Organisational Behaviour at ALBA Graduate Business School at the American College of Greece and Visiting Professor at Porto Business School. From 2001 to 2009 he was assistant professor at London Business School. He has also taught at Case Western Reserve University, the University of San Francisco, and the Sogang University in South Korea.
His research focuses on creativity, learning and leadership and has been published in leading academic journals, including the Academy of Management Review, Academy of Management Annals, Research in Organizational Behavior, Human Relations, Leadership Quarterly, Creativity Research Journal, Management Learning, Journal of Management Inquiry and the Journal of Organizational Change Management. His studies have also been profiled in the popular press including The Times, The Sunday Times, The Financial Times, and others. He is the recipient of Academy of Management Review\s Best Article Award (2010) and Outstanding Reviewer Award (2009 and 2014) and finalist for Academy of Management Annal's Best Article Award (2015).
He has delivered several executive workshops in many countries including: the United States, United Kingdom, South Africa, South Korea, Dubai, Oman, Kuwait, Greece, Portugal, France, Serbia, and others. He has worked with leading organisations including AIG, Barclay’s, Boehringer Ingelheim, BT, Carrefour, Ericsson, Eurobank, Henkel, ING, Lloyd’s, Mars, NovoNordisk, Oman Oil, Piraeus Bank, Philip Morris, PwC, Siemens, Sanofi Aventis, Sonae, Sonaecom, Titan, Vodafone, Walt Disney Company, and Zain, among others.
Professor Mainemelis is a member of the American Psychological Association, the Academy of Management, the Creative Education Foundation and the European Group for Organizational Studies.
