Graduated in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Porto, option Production Management (1986). Provided Pedagogical Aptitude Tests and Scientific Capacity at FEUP (1991). Holds a a PhD in Industrial Engineering and Production Systems from Lehigh University, Pennsylvania, USA (2000).
Assistant Professor in the Department of Industrial Engineering and Management
of FEUP. His teaching, research and university extension activities focus on Production Management.
