PhD in Business Administration by the University of Edinburgh (UK), MSc in Finance by the University of Porto, Economics Faculty (FEP), degree in Management from FEP. Associate professor at FEP. Consultant in the Management Control area (in particular, cost systems design). Research interests: theoretical fundaments (analytical) of control management models (in particular, activity-based costing and balanced scorecard); information economy (namely, endogenous information structures). Publications in Economics Letters, Economics Bulletin and International Journal of Management Accounting Research (among others).
