Maria Costa
Maria Costa is an experienced coach and facilitator with strengths in communication, leadership and team development and coaching engagements.
She is an independent senior coach, trainer, and facilitator, working regularly on international and global projects currently with companies such as ILD (http://ildynamics.com) MSX International (www.msxi.com), and Mannaz (www.mannaz.com). Since 2012 she has been working with AMCI (https://amciglobal.com) and later with MSX International, for the Consumer Experience Movement, a global Ford Motor Company Movement based on the Appreciative Inquiry approach, as Coach for the Angolan and Portuguese markets and as Market Field Mentor Coach for Turkey and Greece.
In her home country of Portugal, Maria is an invited teacher at Porto Business School (www.pbs.up.pt/) for Post Graduate Programs and bespoke in-company programs that focus on areas such as communication, leadership and personal competencies development.
She works as a coach, facilitator, mentor and supervisor for different clients in Portugal and globally. Organisations Maria worked for recently include Ford Motor Company, Deloitte, SonaeMC, Sonaesierra, Delphi, Shell, BNP Paribas, Galp, EDP, McKinsey, Shire Pharmaceutical, among others.

Maria holds certifications in: MBTI Step I & II, by CAPT, New York, PCC Professional Certified Coach, by ICF, Presentation Skills Training by Communication Training, Inc., Diploma in Executive Coaching by Escuela Europea de Coaching de Madrid, Graduated in Business & Public Administration, Human Resources at ISCSP, Universidade Técnica de Lisboa. She is fluent in English, Spanish, and has good conversations skills in Italian and French, in addition to her native Portuguese.
Maria is a mother of two boys since 1990 e 1991. Based in Lisbon, Portugal, Maria is a very open-minded person with a positive attitude towards life, she faces each opportunity as a mean to learn and enrich her personal development. Her life purpose is to connect people to create, sustain and help them to expand and find better ways of life.
