He is currently the Chairman of Team Work Consultants where he has a corporate and development function of the company in the Iberian Peninsula and on the African continent. He was a professional basketball coach for 35 years. He has specific interventions in the fields of Leadership and Team Work, Motivation and Overcoming. Conducting seminars on motivation, leadership, management and work of teams for senior managers and for upper/medium management. He developed Coaching having close links with the sports metaphor which is used at various multinational and national organisations which are setting in motion changes to traditional leadership and to the specific relationship model with employees. He has various specialisations in the fields of Change Management, Executive Coaching and Coaching Winning Teams (UK, BEL) since 2000.
