Isabel Borgas
With career experience spanning more than 30 years, she has worked on a regular basis with the PBS (Porto Business School) since 2009. Masters in Image Management from the Lisbon Universidade Nova and the Madrid Universidade Complutense. She is currently People & Organization Director at NOS SPGS Group. Previously she was Diretor of Corporate Communications and Sustainability for the NOS SGPS Group, responsible for internal communications and culture, corporate communications, brand and corporate PR, crisis communications, and corporate events and sponsorship. She is a Founding member of the European Association for Communication Directors. In 1998, she joined the Sonae Group as Manager of Institutional Communications of Sonaecom/Optimus, driving forward national and internationally recognized projects. She was also member of the Group Ethics Committee and the Crisis Management Committee. At the same time, she was responsible for communication at the Portuguese Communications Operators Association for the mandate 2011-2013.
