Teresa Proença
Associate Professor with Aggregation at the Faculty of Economics of the University of Porto. Director of the Postgraduate Program in People Management at Porto Business School. Director of the Master in Retail Operations Management and member of the Scientific Councils of the Master in Service Management and the Master in Commercial Management at FEP.UP. Associate editor of the Review of Business Management and member of the European Association of Work and Organizational Psychology (EAWOP).
PhD in Business Sciences, specialization in Human Resource Management, from the Universidade Católica Portuguesa. MSc and MBA from ISEE-UPorto. Graduated in Psychology, by the Faculty of Psychology and Educational Sciences of the University of Porto.
She was a consultant in recruitment, selection and training (leadership, communication, team building). She has published in several scientific journals such as the International Journal of Human Resource Management, Employee Relations, The Service Industries Journal, Voluntas, Journal of Management Research and participated in numerous scientific conferences.
