For some years, I was Technical Director of Hotels and Hotel Chains.
I have worked in technical and energy systems for buildings 25 years, particularly in the hotel industry, both nationally and internationally.
Professor at Escola Superior de Hotelaria e Turismo do Estoril (Estoril Higher Institute for the Hotel and Tourism Industry). Guest professor on Postgraduate courses in the Tourism area at EGP/UEP (Porto University of Economics) and Master’s degree courses at Universidade Católica do Porto.
Senior Member of the Engineers Association, Energy Auditor certified by the DGEG - Directorate General of Energy and Geology (under the scope of the SGCIE - Intensive Energy Consumption Management System) and Qualified Expert certified by the ADENE energy agency (under the scope of the SCE energy certification system). Energy Auditor with CMVP (Certified Measurement and Verification Professional) certification from EVO (Efficiency Valuation Organisation) and from the AEE (Association of Energy Engineers-USA).
