Margarida Pedro
Margarida Pedro is a strategic advisor and consultant who supports companies to make the bridge between their vision, their organisational model, and their deliverables. She has extensive experience in managing projects at national and international level. With a focus on designing and implementing change processes, Margarida helps companies to align and enable agility in their culture, structure, leadership, and teams. Problem solving, critical thinking, internal communication and client orientation are also areas of study and key to the achievement of the expected outcomes. Margarida holds a certification in Executive Coaching by the Behavioural Coaching Institute, UK and in Brain-Based Coaching by the NeuroLeadership Institute, UK. Margarida is also a certified LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® facilitator.
Margarida was a Partner and Member of the Executive Committee of Dynargie Portugal, Country Manager of Dynargie España and Non-Executive Board Member of Dynargie International. She was the Commercial Director of Dynargie Portugal and was also in charge of the Corporate Social Responsibility. During her tenure at Dynargie, she worked in São Paulo, Brazil, as Business Unit Manager.
She began her professional activity as a lecturer of Macro and Microeconomics at the Catholic University of Porto.
Margarida holds a degree in Economics from the Faculty of Economics of Porto University and a master in Commercial Operations Management from the Catholic University of Porto. She completed the PhD coursework in Marketing & Strategy at the Faculty of Economics of Porto (dissertation not delivered).
She is co-author of two books, the New Horizons of Marketing and the Brand Book.
