Katja Tschimmel
Katja Tschimmel is consultant and executive trainer, researcher and lecturer, coach and conference speaker. She is working in both, the academic (PBS, FEP, FEUP and Laurea University/Helsinki) and business world (Mindshake - Consultancy in Creative Thinking and Design). Having a Ph.D in Design and a Masters in Applied Creativity, Katja researches, teaches and publishes in the fields of Creativity, Design Thinking and Innovation. She is the author of the collaborative books "The Creativity Virus" (2019) and "CriAtivaMente/TheCreativeMind/CreA(c)tivaMente" (2020), and the “Evolution 6” Design Thinking (2012-2017) model, which she applies in training and coaching of start-ups and in innovation departments of numerous companies. During 15 years Katja has being lecturer at the Art and Design College ESAD, where she coordinated the European project “D-Think - Design Thinking applied in Education and Training”.
