Ana Cláudia Rodrigues
Human Resources Management consultant and specialist in HRM by Competences, Staffing processes, Performance Improvement Systems and Training Evaluation. Currently researches on digital competencies, remote work, virtual teams, and virtual and augmented reality. Graduated in Psychology (University of Porto), holds a Master Degree in Human Resources Management (Minho University), and a PhD in Management and Development in HR (ISCTE - IUL). Lectures in the HR field at Accounting and Business School of Porto (ISCAP), Polytechnic Institute of Porto. She is the bachelor course director in Human Resources since 2014.
