Dora Martins
PhD in Corporate Sciences in the Organization and Human Resources field and Masters Degree in Development and Social Integration (specialized in Human Resources Management), at Economics Faculty of University of Porto. Degree in Sociology at Faculty of Arts and Humanities of University of Porto.
She was training technician at ANJE (1997-1999) and AEP (1999-2003). Since 200o she teaches at the Polytechnic Institute of Porto and collaborated with Aveiro University (2010-2012) and Economics Faculty of University of Porto (2008-2009), where she teaches in the Human Resources Management and Organizational Behavior area. Also coordinates the Masters Degree in HR at ISCAP. She is also a researcher in Human Resources Management (having as an area of expertise expatriation/repatriation) being the author of several articles presented in both national and international communications.
