Mark Fritz
Mark is a leadership specialist, and has spoken on leadership and the power of ownership in over 50 countries through the world. He has lead enterprise systems implementations in Europe, the Middle East and Asia; and has led international operations in quality, information systems and customer services. Mark also facilitated business model development for a Europe, Africa and Middle Eastern regional organization, working closely with the regional leader and the leadership team. He has lived in Singapore, Egypt, Netherlands, Italy, Japan and the UK; besides the USA where he was born. He now makes London, UK his home.
Mark speaks regularly on the power of ownership and enables leaders to gain their people’s commitment to OWN their responsibility. He is the is the originator of the OWNIT! Methodology which provides leaders with the ownership mindsets, behaviors that enables leaders to gain their people’s commitment. He knows a leader’s frustrations because he’s done the job, and has taught leaders at business schools throughout Europe. He also runs his own leadership development programs for companies, which include daily inspirations and reminder posts in order for the learning to stick long enough to create new habits.
Mark has written a number of books: Lead & Influence: Get More Ownership, Commitment, and Achievement from your Team, The Truth about Getting Things Done, and Daily Thoughts…which is a collection of thoughts illustrations.
