Paulo Rangel
Lawyer, politician and university professor, Dr. Paul Rangel now performs functions of a deputy in the European Parliament and vice president of the European Peoples Party. He is a member of the Commission for Constitutional Affairs and the Delegation for relations with the United States. It is also a member of the Committee on Civil Liberties, Justice and Home Affairs and the Delegation to the Parliamentary Cooperation EU - Russia. It belongs to the Board of Directors of the Robert Schuman Foundation, a space for reflection and action in European politics. Author of several books and numerous scientific papers, among which stands out: \"The State of the State, 2009;\" Deaf Wars - Chronicles of Power Politics, \"2005, \" Rethinking the Judiciary \", 2001.
