João Sevilhano
João Sevilhano has a degree in Applied Psychology, Clinical Psychology, from ISPA. He held positions in health institutions in the area of Clinical Psychology. He has also worked as a Human Resources technician at SONAE Distribuição. João developed his activity at the European Coaching School, now Way Beyond, where he was managing partner, Pedagogical Director, coach and facilitator. At Way Beyond he is one of the partners with responsibility for Strategy & Innovation. João collaborates with some academic institutions, namely Porto Business School. He holds a degree in executive coaching from the European Coaching School - Lisbon and he’s a Professional Certified Coach from the International Coach Federation. In parallel, he maintains a connection to the area of Clinical Psychology and Psychotherapy where he develops private practice. João was a candidate partner of the Portuguese Psychoanalysis Society from 2013 to 2015, when he attended training to become a psychoanalyst. He is a member of the OPP (Ordem dos Psicólogos Portugueses) and he’s a specialist in Work, Social and Organizational Psychology, with an advanced specialty in Psychological Coaching.
